I thought I should share some of my thoughts on this wonderful oil
blend. We tend to think of it as "first aid", but I would like you
all to consider a couple of other benefits from regular use of
DigestZen!
This oil is great for any type of cleansing you are going through, or
if you are using a variety of oils in a regimen for something
specific, like weight loss or an illness. It keeps everything moving
smoothly, and helps eliminate the toxins from your body with less side
effects. Likewise with the holidays, where you will probably be eating
more, or more things you usually don't, or maybe even something that
doesn't sit well with you or is contaminated! Using DigestZen every
morning and evening on your tummy or feet can help with any adverse
effects. What Dr. Lawton teaches about DigestZen and back pain is
true, as well, and it's worth trying it just for that purpose!
I think using the DigestZen at night is also helping me to sleep
better. I use other oils, too, but since I added this I sleep more
soundly, which is a big plus for me after years of insomnia and
stress.
