Oh - one more thing - my girls hate the smell of Vetiver so I put that on first then after the balance and lavender they put on peppermint because they want to cover up all the smells with peppermint!

Maybe add Serenity to that - once in the morning and once after school.  I would start with the first 3 then in a few weeks add the serenity to see if you can see if it makes a difference and of course cut out refined sugar as much as possible and add some veggies with a dip at dinner of after school - good luck with that though - let us know how it goes.

I am definately not a specialist but I would use Vetiver and Lavender and Balance to start with, in the morning and right after school.  On the bottom of her feet - 1 drop each.

Well I have another friend who needs to know how to start helping her
 
 
 
 daughter.
 
 
 
 Her daughter is about 10, she is very free spirited and creative. The
 
 
 
 public school she attends told her that she needed medication because
 
 
 
 her work was suffering and she couldn't concentrate :( her doctor of
 
 
 
 course willing put her on something and sent them away. Her spirit was
 
 
 
 GONE and it was extremely hard to watch her daughter walk around like
 
 
 
 a zombie. She came home everyday and did her homework like a good
 
 
 
 zombie but had no emotion to show. Soon she began picking her body
 
 
 
 hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, facial hair, arm hair, all gone! She was
 
 
 
 developing serious anxiety and the doctor wanted to put her on
 
 
 
 something else for that. She couldn't do it after reading the horrible
 
 
 
 side effects.  Soon thereafter I invited her to a doctor mom class. In
 
 
 
 time she decided to take her daughter off the meds and now wants to be
 
 
 
 an ipc and start the oils :).  Her daughter is reborn and back to her
 
 
 
 old self again off the meds :) but now she can't concentrate and needs
 
 
 
 to know where to start! What oils, where, how often, A T or I. And
 
 
 
 even diet, what should she avoid? She needs to know now before school
 
 
 
 gets too hard again. You all are sooo amazing and I look forward to
 
 
 
 learning from you everyday! These oils plus your knowledge empower and
 
 
 
 inspire me! I know when people ask me hard questions I can come to
 
 
 
 this sight and get valuable answers :)
