[Everything doTERRA] hostess incentives?

Hi! I've been to a few home parties for other companies lately and I
notice they all have a hostess incentive program. I am just starting
out and I wonder what you all do as a hostess incentive? I know about
the Dr. Mom Event Kit but I wonder if anyone does anything beyond the
bottle of Wild Orange. If you do, is it based on party sales? Thanks!
