[Everything doTERRA] Zendocrine effects

I have been taking Zendocrine caps for about 2-3 weeks, in preparation for the GX and PB assist. Just wondering if feeling small side effects could be a result of the Zendocrine, or just my imagination? Two things that I have noticed are some vaginal itching that comes and goes, but never progresses too far, and some small pimples on my torso. If this is a precursor to what happens on a cleanse, I can't imagine what else is going on in my body and what else will happen when I do start the PB Assist.
