I save a little of the sticky wrap the big bottles come in and wrap them in that then put those in a padded mailer and mark it fragile. Have had no issues. I even used plain mailers and it was fine also.
If you just have a few little sample bottles to mail, what do you use? I need a bunch of tiny boxes!
