- Start the LLV, start slowly, one capsule from each bottle for 3-4 days then every 3-4 days add another capsule from each bottle until you are taking the full recommended dose.
- Also ingest a capsule with 3-4 drops of Cilantro (pulls out metals and toxins, it makes sense that it would pull out anything your body doesn't need), Frankincense, lemongrass.
- Once you have started the LLV, after the first 3-4 days add DDR Prime (Damaged DNA Recover).
The only way you will know if this works for you is to give it 3 months.
