This comment reminded me, our Diamond sends out an email to new members
introducing herself and providing her contact information. Many of us
send out emails to our entire downline. It might not be a bad idea to
include something in it that lets them know you are available to help in
any way they need it.
It has probably already been said but you can always call customer
service and they will give you the name of your Diamond and contact info
or the next level above that if necessary.

I completely agree. Here's why. We have a large organization, and if
there was someone in my downline who wasn't receiving help from their
direct upline, I would be more then happy to help them. But, due to the
size, I would never know if that were the case unless someone contacted
me. It is impossible for me to stay in contact with each team member
under me.
