I had a sample vial of Wild Orange that I thought was going really fast.  I was refilling it one day and noticed oil on the counter under the vial - it turned out that the vial had a small crack in it and the oil was leaking out.  Just a thought....maybe it was a defective bottle.

I have never had it dissipate? Are you talking about in the bottle or after it is on the skin. If it is on the skin it absorbs into the body very quickly, especially since there are no fillers or other ingredients in it.
