[Everything doTERRA] Re: Change IPC to new team

We need to understand that just because someones direct upline doesn't
help, there might be a legitimate reason. Sometimes when people sign
up their friends under them, they don't realize there is a
responsibility that goes along with it. For example, my close friend,
also the person who enrolled me, doesn't live in the same state as me.
She signed me up becasue she loved the product and knew I would as
well. However, she doesn't do it as a business, and is a full time
school teacher on top of being a busy mom. It would be unfortunate for
her uplines, and theirs, if someone convinced me to switch to someone
elses team just because I don't get a ton of support from her.
Several of our uplines wouldn't have hit rank without me and my
downlines. Several people have already suggested to contact an upline
until you get help. I completely agree. Here's why. We have a large
organization, and if there was someone in my downline who wasn't
receiving help from their direct upline, I would be more then happy to
help them. But, due to the size, I would never know if that were the
case unless someone contacted me. It is impossible for me to stay in
contact with each team member under me.It would be so unfair for
another team to encourage her to switch teams just becasue her direct
upline wasn't helping, when there is an upline willing to do so. I
guarantee that were you to contact up the geneology, even if you need
to take it to the top, there WILL be someone willing to help. AND, if
your friend won't sign people up under her just because her direct
upline doens't support them, she is hindering her own business. She
will never grow to her full potential. There is so much education
available now, and what she can't find out on her own, there is so
many people who would give her the info she needs. I agree with "bloom
where you are planted" with rare exceptions!
