Yes they could be a detox. I have found that the more toxic a person is or the more meds they are on they tend to exhibit more detox symptoms. How many drops was she drinking in a day? I would stop the oil as well just to be sure that is the issue before proceeding w/anything else.
If it is an allergic reaction to her meds you could let her try the allergy shooter instead of benedryl if she is willing.
Allergy shooter is 2 drops each Lemon, Lavender& Peppermint either in a shot glass of water & shoot it back or put in veggie cap& swallow...
