I have had that problem too. It affects our health so much. LLV helps me. I discovered that when I forgot to take it for a day a bloated up horribly. Also I just started the Terrazyme. That cleaned me out. The other thing that helps me is a non dÅTERRA option but provides quick results and helps with headaches from being backed up. Magnesium. I take 500 mg and within an hour I have a bm.
