I used it after my baby had been sick and not eating much to get my supply back up. I applied it and coconut oil on each breast once a day for three days and it seemed to make quite a difference. Also, have your baby nurse as often as possible. I have been told that basil is also great if you need something for longer than 10 days. Good luck!
