Re: [Everything doTERRA] Frozen oils

I'm wondering what caused it to freeze and the bad smell?? did something get in the oil...?or the batch was bad? I thought  they were all tested and passed inspection for quality.. what did the corporate say when you called besides getting your replacement??

I hope by now you have received your replacement oil for any of yours that was damaged.

I received an order last week that was completely frozen, as did one
of my downline IPC's.  I had always heard in classes and from my
upline to never freeze or heat your oils. When I called the company,
they said the oils should be fine.  However, when we opened the
Breathe last night to give out samples, it smelled HORRIBLE!!  Smelled
totally different than another bottle that had NOT been frozen!
