[Everything doTERRA] growth plate

my daughter adopted a pre-mature baby. got him when he was 3 mo.
old. while in hospital they let one of the many tubes in him, get
infected and the infection went to the bone which affected his growth
plate. His right arm does not grow much. Is there anything I can
tell her to use on his little arm. He is now 21/2. Thanks
