People don't realize how toxic artificial sweeteners are, but they can actually kill people. Aspartame has been known to cause death in pilots. My dad is a retired pilot, and I didn't know this, but it's the altitude combined with it. I'm just glad my dad never drank diet soda, and that I stopped. I only use Stevia now...if it doesn't come from Nature, it no longer goes in or on my body. Sorry for the tangent.
