We had chickens do that and they just needed extra calcium. Give them oyster shell and it should stop. If they are already in the habit, you're screwed, lol. Kill the chickens who do it (eat them of course) so they don't teach them all to do it. They will kill and eat each other too. Better to stick w/ one breed than to have several, b/c the pecking order becomes a huge issue.

Speaking of chickens... Does anyone have any ideas on how to get
chickens to stop eating their eggs?? We've tried blowing out eggs and
filling with mustard, hot mustard, hot sauce, etc, to no avail. Thanks
