I did HCG w/ great success but I used my oils the entire time and took my LLV. I had NO issues. My mom did it as well, she is very overweight, and initially had some swelling, but w/ taking grapefruit in her water, it worked itself through her system and was gone. I honestly think it's b/c of the toxins released into her system b/c of the way the HCG helps to release the fat. She really wasn't prepared to begin it if she wasn't detoxed first. Just my two-cents.

I have a friend who recently did the HCG diet. As soon as she finished
the diet her foot swelled up and has not gone back down to normal. It
has now been one month of a swollen foot/ankle. She wears a nylon to
help with the pressure, but Dr's cannot figure out what is going on.
Their best bet is that it's Gout. Has anyone heard of this happening
or does anyone have an idea on what she can do to help with this
issue?
