This was what brought me into DoTerra in the first place. I attended my first class and took my 3 month old baby who had horrible reflux. The doctor wanted to put him on Prevacid, but I wanted a more natural method. I literally took my fussy, fussy baby to the class with me and every lady there can attest to how quickly the digest zen on his chest worked. We also put serenity on his feet, and I felt his little body just untense, in my arms. I was sold! After that, I would put digestzen on him before and after every feeding.

You can put a small dot of DigestZen with a small dot of carrier oil and rub it on the tummy area. If you would rather use a single oil than a blend I would suggest peppermint. Same way of applying.
