Bone Spurs....DeepBlue with Wintergreen for the pain and dissolving it..and Melaleuca if they have cracked skin on the heel..I tell my people to put it on at night, layer the oils then cover with a paper towel and wrap with Saran Wrap or cut the end out of a baggie and put the foot through it, then wear a sock to bed.   Talking about taking care of a problem.   I have people who limped and could not put pressure on their heels, within a day or two were walking just fine and now have no problems...just a couple of weeks later.    Hope they get help from these posts.   Julie Ann
