RE: [Everything doTERRA] Asthma suggestions needed

Breathe is the first recommendation.  My son uses it instead of his inhalers.  It would help to know what usually triggers the attacks.  Is it allergy, exercise, anxiety/panic attack, etc.  Sometimes you treat it differently depending on the ‘trigger’.  -Brooke

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Asthma suggestions needed

A long distance friend said she almost died from a very bad asthma attack (or felt like she did) the other day.  She's on disability so funds are tight.  Which oils would be best (low cost options appreciated!) and how should they be applied?

If a person can't afford a diffuser what would be the best option?  I remember breathing in some kind of oil in bowl filled with steaming hot water with a towel over my head at a relative's place when I was sick years ago.  Would that work?

I have the feeling that mold might be an issue according to her other symptoms but apparently none is visible.

TIA for any suggestions or testimonials!  I promise I'll get the books soon!
