a little salt into it and then add lukewarm water. I'm not exactly
sure about the proportions, but I think it's about 1/4 tsp salt to 1/2
cup water. Just ;last night I felt like I was coming down with
something so I used my neti pot with a drop of Breathe in it...it felt
wonderful, I could breathe again! I have used the Melaluca before (in
the neti pot) and it worked but stung a bit (probably because I used
it to clear up a sinus infection). Hope this helps.
