counsellor and using the lovely doterra oils. As a counsellor and EFT
practitioner I have found EFT (emotional freedom techniques) to be an
amazing modality to gently and non-invasively help clients (for the
last 8 years) to relieve, and clear, a multitude of challenges -
anxieties, depression, trauma, fear etc..and this usually takes only
1,2 or 3 sessions. Though you may be happy with your present
counsellor, can I suggest you find an EFT practitioner in your local
area to possibly work in conjunction with your counsellor? I have
also found the Balance blend to be an amazing support for stressful
times, and suggest using Serenity on your feet to calm and help you
sleep.
kind regards, and all the best, Mariana
