What about Myrrh? It would seal up the wound and disinfect while it was at it.

As far as I know helichrysum will close up the wound, so you want to make
sure you have an oil on there to disinfect too. My friend had a really bad
concussion just recently and we diffused frankincense and put it directly
on location as well and put balance on her feet. She was well enough to walk
around again in a matter of days.
