Re: [Everything doTERRA] 10% Degree Burns

Yes I have had experience with second degree burns on a young girl. Also have numerous
experience with burns that blistered and skin sloughed of immediately. Each time I used the
Lavender. The ones where the skin was gone I used Purify mixed with some coconut oil and
then Lavender. I have a spray apparatus on the Lavender and that way you are not contaminating
the burn area. I am not sure they will let you apply any of these at the hospital but it is sure worth
trying.

I searched the archives as best I could on my currently crappy
internet connection and while I found a bit on minor, no hospital time
needed burns, I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

My sister's husband had an incident this morning where he was working
on a friend's truck and some how some gas caught on fire and lit up
his arm. The ER he was taken to is transferring him to a burn center
several hours away. He's burnt on over 10% of his body: arms, chest,
partial on his back and side of neck.

My heart says the suggestions for burns would help him at the very
least be more comfortable.

Has anybody had experience using the oils on a more severe burn such as this?

Thanks,
Shannon
