I have arthritis on the tops of my feet.  I use AromaTouch on them.  I also put a few drops of marjoram in my H2O.  Can you find someone that can get you some Epsom salt?  Soak yor feet

It's getting really bad, but I don't get back to the U.S. until Sunday, and start a new contract on Monday, so I probably won't get to the doctor until Monday night. I will bring up Reiter's Syndrome (Reactive Arthritis) to the doctor (arthritis does run in my family) just in case.

 

How are you doing? Have you used any of the oils suggested for arthritis?
