not. Guess you will have to keep you oils locked up also.
When you are in your room for the evening and settled, put the oils on
your heels, cover with a hot moist towel and then cover with a dry
towel. When the heat has dissipated remove the towels and hopefully go
to sleep for the night.
That is the best you can do for a while.
