[Everything doTERRA] Treatment for Anal Fissure

I have been treating my husband with Clary Sage & Geranium topically
for hemroids. The pain and pressure are internal. He is unable to
sit due to the pain and discomfort. When he spoke to a nurse she
mentioned it may be an anal fissure. Any suggestions for treatment?
I am awaiting my order for helichrysm to apply topically.
