Also, she needs to talk to her doctor about bio-identical thyroid if she is not currently taking some. Weight loss will be much more difficult she needs to do light exercise...walking, swimming, yoga- not the arobic types they stress an already stressed body, a stressed body hangs on to weight tightly. None of this means the slim and sassy isn't working. I have found it to be very valuable...just not as immediate as it is for others.
