Start experiementing.  I would first consider Helichrysum... definitely frankincense, maybe lavender, geranium or sandalwood?? Not knowing if it is viral, bateria, carsonogenic, non cancerous legions, etc, it's hard to say for sure.  I would be careful with on guard or citrus oils becasue the are photosensitive and with a skin growth it may worsen things.  Whatever you try, try it consistently  (2 -3 times daily) for at least a couple weeks.
Please let us know, take pictures.

Do you know how to muscle test??  May help glean out the best oils.
