I would think it would be easier to get a consistent consistency but wouldn't offer the benefits or regular coconut oil for the skin.

Thanks, Stephanie. The fractionated coconut oil won't harden. Will that make a difference?

I do 3T baking soda, 6T arrowroot powder and enough coconut oil to make a creamy consistency then I add the essential oils, I do 10 drops each of clove and lemon but some people have tried it without any essential oils at all and it has still worked so you could use whatever oils you like. It makes about 4oz. I haven't ever tried the fractionated coconut oil so I don't know how well it would work but it would make the consistency more stable. You have to adjust the coconut oil depending on the temp of your home and what the temp is like outside but it still works even if it hardens up.

My wife has a rash under her armpit that has been there for more than
a year. She does not wear deodorant. Its bright red and burns when she
is sweating after a work out. When not sweating its dry and pink with
the occasional itch. Any help on what to do would be great.

My thought would be fungus, melaleuca would be great. I make a wonderful deodorant that really works, my husband even says so! You could use that with the melaleuca oil in it.
