What I am hearing from others is the more you can use the better. The instructions on the bottle
suggest 4 drops (can't remember the ounces and I gave away my bottle again!). When I tried that it
was really strong, even made my tongue go numb. However I know there is a reason for the dosage
and after talking to a few people, they told me that they added the complete amount and chugged it
first thing in the morning and they had less appetite and knew they were losing weight.
I love just a drop and use it in my water everyday, but I chug a bottle first thing in the morning
and I definitely have less appetite for food.
I have even done Justin's protocol of dropping it under the tongue.
We have never been led astray by doTerra so just find your stride with this great new blend.
