I have terribly sensitive skin. Last night, I dabbed Oregano on my breakouts (the ones that are cyst-like, deep in the skin) They were almost completely gone the next morning!!! I was amazed!! I did get a burning sensation on my skin, but it didn't last long and wasn't unbearable - it was totally worth it the next morning!! I wouldn't suggest using Oregano all over your skin, just dab it on the really nasty breakouts.
I have also had luck using, Purify, Melaleuca, and cocounut oil. I also usually add Frankincense to my moisturizer.
Good luck - I sincerely mean it! I know how hard it is to deal with bad skin!
