The Focus Protocol works the nape of the neck; where it attaches to your head. You use upward strokes with your thumbs and apply Balance, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Helichrysum, Lavender, Vetiver, Geranium and Wild Orange in sequence. You are supposed to state your intent with the oil application (the recipient does), and you finish with a massage of the mastoid area behind the ears. It is designed to aid in nerve and emotional blockages, ADD, chemo brain and anxiety. In the first class, this was on the bright orange paper, and the Hearing Protocol was on the green. You can do this every day for whatever time you need to, or whenever you feel you need it. It can be done on yourself.

This gentleman hasn't been able to sleep for the last 5 nights.

I have a class right now and I have his wife calling me and then I have "whatever"  it's been crazy!  Yes, I have put on my balance.
