Every morning after I shower, I apply the oils one after the other starting in sequence up my back and follow them through by rubbing them with one hand and then the other.  The way you would scratch if you had an itch....I just get it done....along with my feet.  How amazing they are....even doing them yourself to yourself...it still works!   Julie Ann

Having been born with severe scoliosis I can tell you what will eliminate it totally.  The AromaTouch Technique every day.  I apply them up my spine by myself and after using the oils and programs of other companies before doTERRA, I can tell you that consistency is the key and my back problems are a thing of the past with a straight spine now.  Sciatica and headaches are also gone.   There is NOTHING like the ATT.
