you the forms you need to fill out. These will request your Sales Tax
ID, your Fed ID (if you have one), SS #, company name, fill out W9,
etc. Then it has to be approved by doT. before you (or they) can be a
IPC Business Entity. It means you have to collect tax & report/submit
it to your state &/or city &/or county, monthly/quarterly, depending
on the laws of your state. It takes a while to get these OK'ed & back
as doT. verifies it with your state. The business buys product from
doT. at a 40% discount. There product PV is 50% of wholesale PV that
we get as regular IPC's.  The minimum order is $500 per order but is
not necessary to do each month. The PV does count toward your (or
whomever) total Team Volume. The forms are not on our back offices,
they come only from doT. The forms on the back office are the forms we
use to sign up new IPC's. There are no PV Credits, no Auto Ship and no
downline. The Biz Entity cannot sell the product below wholesale price
and if you sell it to yourself you need to pay the sales taxes. I kind
of agree with Connie, although I don't get the 55% she mentioned.
