What a wonderful testimony and for you to share your knowledge and experience is truly remarkable. I don't think most people can take in what it took for you!

Your mother had a horendous year as did you, but I am sure that you were thrilled to be helping her and now you have your Mom still with you and the family.
I love you protocol, I have always recommended Rosemary, sprayed on the affected area and now I can use your protocol for internal and topicall use.

I have read all the posts in this email link.  I will now wade into this discussion with a story of my mother.  In Nov 2006 mom went through severe trauma and started with a small area the size of a nickle on her neck/shoulder area, right side.  I told her not to scratch it,  and to use Lavender, but it itched...so she scratched, and within a week it was a necklace around her neck.  Shingles!  I treated her for about a month and when my family found out they had a fit, demanded that she see a doctor, and when we took her to a dermatologist, she contacted MRSA from his office.   Now she was covered in boils (some were the size of quarters) and shingles from head to toe within just a month.  Medicines reacted and made her worse, 3 doctors later and much duress and anxiety from the family....( I had backed off and just went with the flow so as not to seem a know it all,...but thinking all the time that we had almost had the shingles issue licked before the family waded into the picture), my mother came to me and said that she had had enough and if she continued to cave into the families pressure she would be dead.  I agreed!  She asked me if I would take her back on and I asked her these questions.  "Do you trust me?"  "Do you trust my judgment?"  "How much do you trust me?"  "Do you have enough faith in me and God that we can get you thorough this?"  She answered all the questions with what I needed to hear to know that her faith in me and God and nature would take us through.  I told her that we had a long hard fight in front of us but we would pull her through with God's help and a lot of grace.

We immediately started using this formula that I came up with after talking to some EO experts.  4 drops of Rosemary, 4 drops of Thyme, 4 drops of Oregano in a capsule 3 Xs daily.  We literally started seeing immediate results within just a few days.  She was taking detox baths with Geranium, Helichrysum, Lavender, Roman Chamomile...etc oils in them, whichever she wanted and felt like using that night.  We made up a bottle of Geranium with carrier oil for topical and she alternated the topical oils as she felt they were helping with the boils and itching.   I don't mind to tell you it was nothing short of a living nightmare.!!  We did poultices constantly, using Clay baths, herbs, etc...everything I had ever learned as a herbalist I pulled out of the cabinet and we worked steady for a year.  She lost the whole year of 2007...did not leave the house for anything...and was mostly bed bound....but today would I say that it was worth everything we had to do for the results of her being with us now??  ABSOLUTELY!!  

I would love to say that we had doTERRA products and oils then but we didn't.  They weren't on the map then.  So....if I had to do it again with someone else, I would use the GX Assist, PB Assist, Oregano, Thyme and Rosemary, plus all the other oils we experimented with in the topical and baths arena.   I don't think that it would have dragged on so long if we had been able to use doTERRA oils.   Nothing has ever impressed me like doTERRA and I have been doing this kind of business for 27 years.   Her MRSA is DEAD!  Her Shingles is DEAD and both have been for a few years now....But...we are careful and if we are ever in a compromising situation (such as a nursing home or hospital visitation for someone else) she will start taking the Rosemary, Thyme and Oregano again for a few weeks.   I will stick by my experience and have told everybody....that if it weren't for essential oils I would have lost my mother.    I know this has been long and I left out a lot of details, but the hope that I have is that you can take something from this email that will help you or yours.    Julie Ann

be a great addition to your protocol.

Putting a spray apparatus on a bottle of Lavender that has been dilluted

with coconut oil and spraying it on her back should help a lot.

The day she arrived, I got my first look at the rash in the evening.
It is like a bad sunburn on her back--the skin actually puffed up and

like candidiasis: internally with GX Assist and externally with a gel
we found that is called Nature's Aid. It is just aloe, vitamin E,
witchhazel, rosemary and melaleuca. It seems to draw the heat right
out of the skin. I am also using Roman Chamomile, and am going to add
Rosemary tomorrow, if she muscle-tests strong for it. She is here for
2 weeks, and I hope that by the time she leaves, we will have the
upper hand on this thing.

Oh, one other thing--she has had lots and lots of skin tags erupt
recently around the neck area. Could this be related? I don't know
anything about skin tags!

How are the other itchy rashes doing? What products and what protocols
are you using? If anyone has advice, please post!
