If you want to kill the fleas, sprinkle the house and your dog with baking soda with lemongrass, eucalyptus or peppermint dropped into the baking soda first, (I used a whole box of Arm and Hammer -the small box, with about 15 drops of oil), then sprinkle where the fleas have been. Then vacuum it up after about 3 to 5 hours. It should take about three days, doing it every day, repeat in 14 days. Hope this helps. We used it on our cat about two years ago and he has never had another flea problem since. Hope this helps,
