[Everything doTERRA] Skin scraped off hands and arm

My friend was in a terrible ATV accident. Her arm was sticking out he
window when it rolled. The skin is totally scraped off of her hand
and part of her arm. It is broken in several places. The 1st
hospital wanted to amputate. The U of U worked on her and think they
can help her keep it. She is in a lot of pain. It is all wrapped up
and pinned. I would like to have recommendations on where to apply
the oils that would benefit that hand, and which oils. Because I
can't apply to the affected area, I'm not sure what is going to be the
most effective. Thanks.
