I think you are doing all the right things. I would however be taking the Frankincense internally, 2-3 drops under the tongue at least twice a day. See your doctor and if you need any oils while in St. George just call me. We have an education center and keep all the doTerra products in stock right here in St. George.
You can email me privately if you need anything while you are here.Pat

Hello Wise Ones,
I need advice on the best protocol to use for my condition. I'm not altogether confident with the one I've chosen. I'm 62 years old and not lactating.
I first noticed a hard lump under my right breast two months ago. I used Frankincense, Balance, and On Guard topically. The swelling, lump and pain went away in a couple of weeks. Great, doTERRA to the rescue. I knew it! However, a month ago it came back with a vengeance. The Nurse Practitioner at our small clinic gave me orders for a mammogram. But my breast was just too painful to get that done. I searched and made an appointment with an internist in a larger city nearby.
In the meantime, I've used Frankinsense, On Guard, Melissa, and liquid DDR topically at least twice a day. I've been on LLV for a year along with Bone Nutrients and I always use Lemon and Slim & Sassy in my water. I have not done a cleanse but I eat mostly clean and fresh and very little dairy. A few days ago I tried a moist warm compress with Wintergreen, Frankincense, and DDR. The result was a discharge of bloody pus from my nipple. My pain level went from an 8 down to about a 4. Oh what a relief it is. However, the lump is still there, nipple and area still swollen, and some pain with a little discharge.
I saw my new doctor today, she says I have mastitis and gave me antibiotics. She said it was imperative to see a surgeon as soon as antibiotics are completed. 10 days. She says, the surgeon will order a mammogram. If abnormal, I'll get a sonogram, then perhaps a biopsy and go from there.
Now this is where it gets a little tricky. I'll be in Utah all of June. (Yay get to spend the month with children and grandkids.) I've made an appointment with Dr Wentch in St George. Chances are I'll have a certain diagnosis while in Utah, if not also a remedy. What a way to spend a vacation. But I'll have my daughters by my side. How wonderful is that?
Luckily, I have at least a little of most of the oils on hand and some LRP points to work with.
Which oils and how much of them will I need for about six weeks till I get back home to Texas?
So, Ladies and Gentlemen, what do you recommend?
Sincere thanks in advance for your kind and wise advise,
Rita Ridpath
