Oils that are great for the heart include; marjoram, ylang ylang, helicrhrysum, rosemary & cypress.
1. Helichrysum improves circulation, reducing blood viscosity, reducing plaque deposits from the veins and arteries, and more.
2. Ylang Ylang - is used to help balance heart function. Some health professionals also use it to treat tachycardia and high blood pressure.
3. Marjoram - known for its ability to relieve muscle spasms. It is also known to help nervous tension and to help regenerate smooth muscle tissue.
4. Cypress - is known for circulation above all else, it also strengthens the vascular system, and reduces edema and water retention.
5. Rosemary is said have vascular healing properties.
You can make your own personal blend by combining equal parts and applying over the heart twice daily, or you can layer the individual oils on twice daily. I would just make it a daily routine.

Hello everyone!! I'm Marilyn Here in the States and I'm here to talk about what Dr. James did for me.
