Re: [Everything doTERRA] Skin troubles

While these seem like detox reactions there could be other allergy factors at play. Laundry detergent, latex, some kind of toxins in the air (pollution), etc. Polyester is an allergen for many. Especially during Bikram...what are you wearing? You may need to take more probiotics. Daily.

Tamanu oil is one of the best oils for healing outside of the essential oils. It can be used as a carrier oil. A bit pricey but you don't need much. I would try (muscle test first):

Zendocrine, Purify, Helichrysum, Geranium and Patchouli together, Immortelle, perhaps Cilantro (might be a mercury issue) and of course DDR.

Let us know what works. Something eventually will.  Your diet sounds great.  Keep in mind that sometimes "healthy" foods can also be an allergen if the immune system isn't working.

Lately my skin has been breaking out in rashes that don't want to go away...and drying up and cracking and no amount of coconut oil and/or lotion seems to help.

I know that skin issues generally indicate a toxic over load, but here's what I've tried so far:

I am gluten, dairy, and sugar-free.  I drink plenty of water.  I do Bikram's yoga (hot yoga where you sweat out the toxins) three times a week.  I did the GX/PB assist cleanse at the begining of the year.  I take the LLV combo everyday along with 2 Phytoestrogen and 2 Terrazyme.  I do an oil pull religiously every morning.  I have tried melaleuca, geranium, and am currently trying lavender.

The rash is red and moist and "angry" looking, then dries to a white flaky appearance with oils, however it seems to get worse when I work outside- little red dots appear.  The rash has been in the crooks of my elbow and knees for months and just recently has appeared on my upper thighs, and today, on the inside of my upper arm.

I apply coconut oil and helichrysum to my legs twice a day to help with varicose veins.  I have noticed the skin on my legs becoming very itchy and don't know if they are related- though I can't imagine why this would make them itch.

Any suggestions?
