I take Coumadin or warfarin (generic name) and I have no problems using the oils. I use clove as well as On Guard and have no bad reactions to it. The only one that I know of would be grapefruit, or something that uses cranberry in it. I would tell her to use the oils she is using, they will test her blood every so often to make sure the dose she is taking is right. I go to the coumadin clinic once a month where they test my blood to make sure its not too high or low and then they adjust my dosage accordingly. Hope this helps.
