Have you tried the allergy shooter? 2 drops each Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint in a shot of water...shoot it back swish & swallow...repeat every 30 min as needed...this combo works better than a benedryl for most;)
If this doesn't work you may want to check your environment something there may be causing this response;) hope this helps! Oh try diffusing Breathe in your home it will help kill any pathogens in the air:)
