[Everything doTERRA] infected penis in 10y uncircumcised boy

First it was red & sensitive, put neosporin on it like always did in the past. Didn't want to "burn" it with oils.  The next time went to put more neosporin on, it had yellowish, maybe green pus and the outside foreskin is a little swollen & sensitive.  This was at 6pm so can't take him to a dr now. I have put frankincense & helichrysum on it topically twice now after remembering that women put frankincense on a tampon for an infection. I'm researching antibiotic blends to give in a capsule. I found these 3 in one of the posts, which would be best for this situation?  For now I will start with #1 (thought about doing #3 but I don't have cinnamon, I do have clove though, is that similiar?). I'm concerned about 12 drops of OnGuard tho, when I have given him OnGuard in a capsule, 2-3d, for illnesses such as a sore throat & fever, he broke out with cold sores. Not sure if it was actually from the fever or the oil.

 Antibiotic 1
On Guard (12 drops)
Oregano (6 drops)
Frankincense (2 drops)

Antibiotic 2
Melaleuca (10 drops)
Lemongrass (10 drops)
Thyme (5 drops)
Cinnamon (5 drops)

Antibiotic 3
Cinnamon (10 drops)
Oregano (10 drops)
Lemon (10 drops)
Frankincense (2 drops)

Thanks in advance,
Sheree
