[Everything doTERRA] Eye Surgery

A friend of mine is going to have eye lid surgery and she was told there would be bruising afterward that could last from 7 - 10 days  Since she won't be able to wear makeup for a few weeks and will only be off work a couple of days  she would like to use oils to help with the bruising and healing process.  I know Frankincense, and Black Pepper are good for bruises but I am wondering about using those around the eye area.  Also  would  putting the oils in a spray bottle be better than dabbing them around the eyes?  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks
Fran
