I make an inventory list with the retail price and tax already added so that I know exactly how much to charge for items retail at my booth. I also put price stickers on my items because that is a requirement of the farmers market I am at. 

I suggest that you go to Office Depot or the like and pick up a receipt book. That way you have a paper trail of all your sales for when tax time comes. It also helps you remember who purchased what so that you can follow up with them. If you want to get really technical, check out the Policy Manual, as doTERRA has guidelines for how they suggest you do receipts (and returns....never had a return, but you never know!).
