Thanks Sally, there are other items going on as well, but if I can do anything to help my insides the doctor will be very happy--as will I! ;-)  May still need surgery, but every little bit of pre-surgery 'recovery' helps!

Wild orange has been used historically.My guess is to just drink water with wild orange in it and/or apply to your reflex points.

Clary Sage is recommended to tone the uterus and is recommended it be applied to the reflex points on the ankle.
