Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: oils for viral and bacterial infections

Thank you Kelly!  with the 3 drops of melalueca, 3 drops of aromatouch and 3 drops of peppermint, where do you apply that and is it just when you feel like she is getting a cold?  How do you make up your on guard roll?  Not sure if I did mine right?  I did about 35 drops of FCO to 4 drops of onguard.  I just put the aroma touch onmy next order!  Thank you again for taking the time to answer some of my questions, any help is great!

Looks like you got an awesome selection going.... I don't have time right now to address ALL your questions, but the everyday immune thing I will tell you, because I learned it this summer and use it on my little girl 99% of the time day and night, and in almost 9 weeks of school she hasn't been sick!  She started to get a runny nose the first week of school so I thought we were in for a miserable time, until I remembered what I learned at Boyd Truman's "Symphony of the Cells"  quickie 3drops melalueca, 3 drops aromatouch and 3 drops of peppermint.  (my little girl is sensitive to the peppermint even with fco, so I've been using wintergreen, and if she even looks like she is getting stuffy I add 3 drops of OnGuard)  That's what we do in the a.m. and at bedtime....  We also roll her feet with OnGuard and to help her sleep I put peaceful child on her wrists and over her heart.....  (oh but you didn't ask about that, lol)  ~ So AROMATOUCH is one I would add.  think of it as circulatory blend, awesome for a lot of stuff, and it smells amazing!

What else should I get to help with colds, flu and any other type of virus or bacterial infection?  The flue shot in a bottle, is that something that you use on a daily basis or only when you have the flu?  Can you make it up in a roller bottle and use it for a long time or does it go "bad" after a few days?  I made up an onguard/FCO in a roll on bottle, I put about 35 drops of FCO with 4 drops of onguard.  I roll it on the bottoms of my kids feet at night and in the morning.  with it being in a roll on bottle, how much do I need to roll on to be effective?  Two more questions, can someone please give me what they do on a daily basis to build immunity other than the vitamins and the onguard.  Last one I promise, what are the best oils to use and how do you use them for flu, strep, coldt etc....  Thank you, I did get the new modern essentials book so that is helpful but I think hearing from real people is more helpful sometimes.  I opted against the flu shot for the first time so I want to make sure I have all of the oils that I will need in case we do get sick.  Thank you for any help you can give me :-)
