Gin no she did not elaborate any further than what was stated above. I imagine that if there truly is an issue &that person feels they can't "bloom where they are planted" you could contact someone, maybe even Emily, in order to get things cleared up...I think Emily's concern is very valid b/c if they begin to make a lot of exceptions no one's downline would be stable or "safe" from being disrupted, just my opinion.
