I'm curious if she elaborated on this at all. Obviously recruiting
from existing teams is unethical and shouldn't be tolerated. What it
seems we don't have is a remedy for when someone is working with someone
and they are told 'it doesn't matter who signs you up' which is untrue
or when someone asks to be signed up under someone and isn't.
